On February 28th, We The Women and Center Theater Group presented a workshop reading of Miranda Rose Hall's Menstruation: A Period Piece. The original, hour and a half reading was directed by Katie Lindsay with musical direction and composition by Tova Katz.

About Menstruation: 
Claire is a lesbian who is desperate to understand her body. Emily is a hormone in Claire's uterus who is desperate to save her country.  A comedic, poetic rendering of the menstrual cycle, MENSTRUATION: A Period Piece journeys through the mind, the heart, and the uterus to test the limits of love, the limits of the body, and the limits of what any single organism can accomplish alone.
